Wax Up Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booked appointment free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled treatment. If you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment, the full amount of the treatment will be charged.

Booking Confirmation: If you do not receive a confirmation of your booking, please check the email address provided and also your Spam folder. To avoid any misunderstandings, we kindly ask you to always review the details carefully to ensure that everything is correctly recorded according to your booking intentions, such as the treatment date, time, and the service booked.

Time Zones: Please make sure to check which time zone your booking is in to ensure you arrive at the correct time.

No-Show Policy: Please ensure you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, as no-shows or last-minute cancellations affect our operations and other guests. In the event of a no-show, the full cost of the treatment will be charged, which must be paid at your next appointment in addition to the service fee. Please keep in mind that our salon’s revenue depends on starting and completing booked treatments on time, which is why your punctuality is important.
